A Voluntary Subscription is an optional additional amount you can invest in your End of Service Benefit, on top of the mandatory Basic Subscription your employer pays. It's deducted directly from your salary.
Making a Voluntary Subscription

Your account must be verified (KYC) before you can make a Voluntary Subscription.

Log in to your account, select your employer from the left panel and go to "Subscriptions".

Then input the subscription amount, Voluntary Subscription can be up to 25% of your full monthly salary, including allowances.

Before confirming, you'll be asked to acknowledge that you understand the investment risks and have reviewed the relevant fund documentation.

Confirm your subscription. Your first Voluntary Subscription request requires your employer's approval (they can only approve it, not reject or modify it). From your second request onward, you can change the amount yourself with no employer approval needed.
Your Basic Subscription amount is set and paid by your employer and cannot be changed by you.
The verification process requires you to submit a copy of your ID document and proof of address.
