How do I reset or change my password?

If you're locked out of your account, or just want to update your password while logged in, use one of the two flows below.

Forgot Your Password?

1. Go to the login page (app or web portal) and select Forgot Password below the login fields.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

3. Click Reset Password.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes).

5. Open the email and click Reset Password.

6. Set and confirm a new password, then log in with your new credentials.

Changing Your Password While Logged In?

1. Log in to the platform.

2. Click your profile initials/avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Personal Settings from the dropdown menu.

4. Open the Security tab.

5. Under Change Password, enter your current password, then your new password (and confirm it).

6. Click Change Password to save. The new password applies immediately.
